Courtney Kirschbaum

International speaker and presenter, Courtney Kirschbaum spent 15 years in leadership roles for the world’s largest consulting firms, KPMG, BearingPoint and Deloitte. After displaying a gift for galvanizing teams and fixing failing projects, she was dispatched to Europe, Asia and the Pacific to manage teams and projects. While working in these firms, Courtney observed gap in training and human development, "most people weren't getting the support and development they needed to reach their potential. For the most part, people were left to figure it out on their own. This sink or swim approach was a tacit indoctrination that gained you entrée into a “the more you work the better” culture, which was dominated by long hours for the sake of long hours. Ongoing learning and development was viewed as a necessary evil and personal development was viewed with almost complete skepticism.”

Following her passion for developing people to be peak performers, she began training with Jack Canfield, America’s #1 success coach and author of New York Times bestsellers, “The Power of Focus”, “The Success Principles” and “Self-Esteem and Peak Performance.” Courtney founded her own company to fill the leadership and development gap and train individuals and teams to work in their core genius and become leaders and peak performers. She spends most of her time speaking and conducting workshops at corporations who hire large numbers of recent graduates and at colleges helping students make authentic career choices and build satisfying careers.
