Diana Peterson-More

Diana Peterson-More, labor lawyer, corporate executive and entrepreneur, heads an organizational development and human resources consulting firm that provides services and products focused on aligning individuals with personal and/or organizational goals and needs. Through strategic planning, talent selection, training & development, compensation, executive coaching, and employee relations, Peterson-More's firm (The Organizational Effectiveness Group) serves corporations, nonprofits, governmental agencies and volunteer Associations. Peterson-More is a much sought after speaker at conferences, seminars and colleges, and has been recognized and honored by organizations as diverse as the YWCA, the NAACP and the National Women's Political Caucus. She is dedicated to community service, with appointments to city and county commissions and task forces, and elected to nonprofit boards ranging from the American Red Cross, Union Station Homeless Services and the Aids Service Center to Community First Initiatives and the CalTech/JPL Child Educational Center. Peterson-More received her BA from UCLA and her JD from Loyola Law School.
