Erica Cenci

Erica an athlete development specialist and professional coach who works with current and former athletes as they transition throughout the various stages of their athletic careers. As a prior NCAA Division I athlete (Captain of the Purdue Women's Swim & Dive Team, NCAA Division I Championships Qualifier and Big Ten Finalist), she understands the difficulties that come with trying to balance an athletic career with the demands of life (work, school, family, etc.). She also understands the potential complexities that surface while transitioning to life after your athletic career has concluded. With the combination of her personal athletic experience, coaching expertise, professional career expertise and support, Erica works with her clients to create custom programs to help them reach their goals, develop skillsets and succeed -- in athletics and in life. These strategies are successful for student-athletes and elite athletics, as well as recent college graduates. She also works with coaches, teams and military members and their families. Erica utilizes her nearly ten years of expertise in branding, social media and public relations to help individuals craft their own unique brand, messaging and stories to effectively reach their target audiences (whether that's a future employer, a group of customers or another business). Her experience working with small businesses and large, national brands in the consumer goods, technology, finance and non-profit industries has helped build major brands including Sexy Hair Concepts, The Toro Corporation, Progressive Insurance, ShareBuilder, ING Direct, Amazon.com, Cargill, Gold's Gym, and Picnik.com (which was acquired by Google).
