Dr. Gaurav Bhalla is an entrepreneur, consultant, educator, author, and speaker, who is dedicated to helping companies and individuals Learn, Act, and Grow. Currently the CEO of Knowledge Kinetics, he has held senior positions at Richardson Vicks, Nestle, and TNS Worldwide, and has 35+ years of global experience – over 30 different countries – in the fields of Leadership, Innovation, Strategy, and Marketing. He has worked with both large and small, and for-profit and not-for-profit companies in a variety of sectors. A small sampling of his clients in these sectors include Capital One, Bank of America, Audi, Deloitte, Sprint, Hershey, Marriott, and Heinz.
Active in executive education since 1985, Gaurav has also designed and delivered customized Executive Education programs in leading universities and business schools, such as Georgetown, Duke, University of Maryland, GIBS-South Africa, and Indian School of Business.
He’s published in both business and literature. In the field of business, his leading edge thinking is reflected in his HBR article, “Rethinking Marketing,” and his book, “Collaboration and Co-Creation: New Platforms for Marketing and Innovation.” His new book on Leadership, “Awakening A Leader’s Soul: Learnings Through Immortal Poems,” is due for launch in May 2017.
As a recognition of his skills, reputation, and extensive experience, he won the “2016 Executive Education Specialist of the Year” award, presented by Corporate Vision, a UK-based global media company.
