With her experience in customer-oriented environments, Kristen has a proven track-record of delivering optimal results in high-growth environments. Prior to the creation of Evolution Coaching, Kristen spent several years writing and facilitating leadership development curriculum for managers of Fortune 100 companies. She has received several awards and honors for her leadership and the development of others.
