He is a skilled consultant & trainer with specialties in: One on One and Executive Coaching, The People's Side of LEAN Process, Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Organizational Behavior and Change Management.
Michael holds a Bachelors in Psychology as well as a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology and has completed graduate work in Organizational Behavior & Administration. His certifications include Emotional Intelligence, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Yale University Training of Trainers, Xerox Selling Skills, and the Kepnor-Tregoe Decision Making Process.
Michael has published several articles on the subject of management and has chaired a number of statewide conferences on volunteerism, fund raising, healthcare and leadership development. He has served on numerous boards including The American Cancer Society, New Hampshire Community Toolbox, Krempels Foundation and Safe Tables Our Priority.
