Kim Scott and Russ Laraway founded Candor to help managers create environments where people enjoy their work and each other. Their many years of management experience at Google, Apple, Twitter and other successful companies have made them experts on some of the best and worst practices of managers. We are building a digital coach that will help you know what to do when, improving your processes instead of replacing them with software. Our first product, the Candor Gauge, will help you give better impromptu, in person feedback.
