Robin Zander

Robin Peter Zander is a best-selling author, educator and strategist. With a diverse background ranging from management consulting to circus performance, he has spent his career working with individuals and companies to improve performance.

Robin is the founder of the work design studio Spring Space, where he works with companies to build teams and facilitate collaboration. Robin is the director of Stanford University's Design for Dance conference, which was founded by BJ Fogg, PhD at the intersection of dance and behavior change.

As a self-taught dancer, Robin has performed on national stages, including with the San Francisco Opera. Robin has written several books, including "How To Do A Handstand" which went on to be a national bestseller in Japan.

Robin presents nationally on the creative process, growing teams, and accelerated performance including recent engagements at Stanford University, Kaiser Permanente, and Singularity University's Exponential Medicine.

Through his podcast the Robin Zander Show he interviews exceptional performers from industries as diverse as the arts, technology, and healthcare to understand how individuals and organizations can accelerate performance.
