Building an Employee Brand

Clio Knowles

Every company has a Marketing department and spends time and money focusing on the brand for their customers. But what about your internal customers; your employees? In this cast, Clio will explain how you map out the employee experience journey within your company, and how to focus on the key touchpoints for an employee.

Using that data to build a great employee experience will translate to higher retention, higher employee satisfaction (and in turn, higher customer satisfaction). And ultimately, this will lead to higher profits.
