Paul Grossinger is a New York entrepreneur, angel investor, and syndicator, who is primarily focused on investment in purpose, diversity, and conquering serious global needs and challenges.

As an entrepreneur, Paul is the Chief Evangelist for Imperative, which brings Purpose to the workplace, and counts 30+ Fortune 2000 clients. He previously founded Pervasive Group Inc. and L&M Media.

He is the Founder of Gaingels, the first investment network backing LGBT founders, which has 110 members worldwide and invested $5m+ in 11 companies in 2015, with $20m+ in total investment in those deals from all parties. Gaingels is expanding worldwide in 2016, with new chapters in Dublin, London, and Tel Aviv. Gaingels stands for the ideal that real change and diversity comes from economic capital investment in it from parties pushing for social change.

He is the founder of Blue Jay, the first investment network backing Johns Hopkins alumni, which invested $3m in 7 companies in 2015. Blue Jay is one of the world's leading university-focused investment networks, and Paul believes that alumni networks can be one of the strongest drivers of collective progress and social change.

Overall, he has made 68 investments to date, including standouts Canary, Reserve, Epi.ep, and Mycotechnology.

Paul is a graduate of Columbia University's School of Journalism and the Johns Hopkins University and is a guest lecturer on entrepreneurship at Johns Hopkins.
