Details

Dr. Marcia Reynolds is committed to changing the conversations leaders have at work. When leaders have meaningful conversations that grow people's minds, the workplace comes alive with an eagerness to discover what is possible. She has coached leaders, delivered classes, and spoken at conferences for clients in 35 countries. She has also presented at Harvard Kennedy School, Cornell University, and Smith College.

Prior to starting her own business, Marcia's greatest success came as a result of designing the employee development program for a semiconductor manufacturing company facing bankruptcy. Within three years, the company turned around and became the #1 stock market success in the United States when they went public in 1993.

For coaching, Marcia works with individuals and executive teams. She is often asked to coach leaders who technically excel but seek to develop their interpersonal effectiveness. After working with Marcia, her clients demonstrate remarkable improvements in engaging their teams and mastering influence with their peers and leaders.

Marcia's doctoral degree is in organizational psychology. She also holds two masters degrees in adult learning and communications.
