With a dual degree in Technology and Business, Alvaro Caballero has a mix of professional experiences on international trade, startups, IT and corporate communications.

Focusing for the past few years on adoption of collaborative technologies for the enterprise, first leading a team in the IT department of ING Bank, then as the Social Collaboration Platform manager for NN Group, responsible for the adoption strategy and stakeholder support, and currently as collaboration engineer and community maker for OrangeTrail.

Curious about learning, networks and innovation, he likes to experiment with the opportunities of new technologies, while trying to make sense of their implications and impact on society at large.

Convinced that transparency, collaboration, lifelong learning and trust are the currency of today’s workplace, and with lots to learn still, Alvaro enjoys connecting and sharing with peers all over the world.
