Jacqueline V. Twillie is a highly sought after thought leader. Combining a mix of leadership development and work ethic as the cornerstones to success, Jacqueline works with millennial women to set career goals, develop networking skills, and create an authentic leadership blueprint. She has a corporate background working for organizations such as Victoria's Secret, Gannett, AT&T, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. Jacqueline is a mentor for the Black Career Women's Network and Levo League; the leading professional development organization for millennials. Her mission is to eliminate the gender wage gap by teaching millennial how to negotiate when they receive job offers and at performance review time.

Jacqueline began building her expertise in career development and coaching while she worked for an IT staffing and recruiting company in Metro Atlanta. She has worked closely with Deloitte & Touche's Women's Initiative, The Limited's New Look of Leadership campaign, The National Association of Black Accountants, Texas A&M, Georgia Tech, and other industry leaders to combat the gender wage gap by providing actionable advice to help women understand their value and earn what they are worth. Jacqueline has coached numerous women which resulted in them successfully landing new positions and increasing their earnings.
