Dr. Marilyn Blackston, born and raised in Baltimore, Md. She is a graduate of Brown University ( B.S. Biochemistry 1979), University of Maryland School of Medicine (MD,1983), and the University of Maryland Hospital (Residency, Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery,1988). She was certified as a Wellness Coach in 1988 focusing her efforts on middle-aged professional women. She wrote two books: Rebuilding the Temple:A Spiritual Journey to Wholeness and Rebuilding the Temple: healing for Body, Mind and Spirit". She was certifies in Emotional Freedom Technique in 2011 as a means to help clients with their fears, frustrations and emotional distress. Dr. Blackston coaches individually, in groups and Speaks to groups, corporations, and conferences as a breakout presenter or Keynote Speaker. Dr, Blackston focuses on helping the client to have a healthy lifestyle by balancing diet, exercise and managing stress.
