The Vulnerability Quotient: How to Leverage Your Company's Humanity

Corey Blake

Worldwide, businesses and brands are hurrying to keep pace with their stakeholders' rapidly evolving needs, desires, and preferences. More than ever, investors want to know their support is yielding not just profits, but also positive change-people want to make the world a better place, and they want to do business with others who feel the same way.

Businesses and brands must plant a flag in the ground for what they stand for, speaking their unique truth in order to connect more deeply to employees, customers, vendors, and investors.

Whether your audience is made up of your company's employees, industry thought leaders, or CEOs from around the country, every one of them is looking to connect more deeply to the world around them.

Vulnerability is challenging for most people-it's not easy to share our beliefs and values and their origins. Yet doing so strengthens those beliefs and values, deepens our connections, and builds trust, enabling us to have more profound experiences and live in closer alignment with what we believe.

In this facilitated workshop, Corey uses his expertise to create a safe place for participants to see and be seen by one another. His sessions combine lecture, demonstrations, and group/partner experiences that help participants access language previously unavailable to them. They can then take that language out into the world to help others see them more clearly.

This session lasts 60 minutes and is most effective for groups of 6 to 60 participants.
